A unique brutalist late 60s townhouse over three floors, with arched glass frontage, complete in grey brick with quartz mortar. Designed by Laurie Abbott in 1968, who went on to design the Lloyds of London building with the circular staircase turret, and the Pompidou centre in Paris, which both share similar architectural features to Apex Drive.
The property has been restored to it’s original look and feel with stark white walls and styled and dressed, interior wise in keeping with its era with plenty of original midcentury pieces of designer furniture and objet’dah that are able to be used for filming/ stills props and styling etc.
A NOTE FROM THE OWNER
“I have owned Apex for 2 and a half years now, and lovingly restored and decorated to improve the property which was vacant when I bought it throughout covid, and hadn’t been decorated for some years.
An Art Director by trade, I’m familiar with the shoot process and all aspects of stills/motion and happy to contribute wherever I can help with any requests to any specific requirements to the property, depending on the needs to you.”
