Double height, light-filled property set over 2 1/2 levels, with a perfect balance of architecturally significant, historically original, and contemporary features. Recently re-imagined and completely renovated. Ideal for small to large-scale photographic shoots, and small to mid-scale filming.
A note from the owner –
Our home, a converted Victorian dog biscuit factory, is located in Poplar, East London. The entrance is on the ground floor, and the property extends over 3 floors, with 3,000 square feet of space in total. The ground floor has an open plan 28’ height reception and kitchen, with a ground floor bathroom, guest room, and large outdoor deck. The upper rooms are comprised of further bathrooms, bedrooms, and a large office. The entire space is full of natural light with double height original windows in the reception area, and original brick and steel work throughout. The property has recently been renovated, blending the industrial Victorian features with clean modern lines.
We really enjoy being location owners and have worked to provide the extra touches that crews require on shoot days. We have blackout blinds available for the windows, 32amp “commando” sockets, two double-wide entrances for loading in, wheelchair accessible toilet, and fixed & moveable clothing rails. Painting and decorating is allowed. There is on site and on-street parking available, and we are well-linked to public transport. You’re welcome to use any furniture or accessories we have in the property for styling your shoot, and in general, we are happy for you to make the space your own for the duration of your project. We really look forward to welcoming you!”
