Hill Top House sits on the edge of a pretty Hampshire village with far-reaching countryside views. Constructed in 2020/21 (following an 18 year planning battle!) as a “contemporary interpretation of the local vernacular”, Hill Top House was recently awarded “Highly Commended” in The Daily Telegraph Homebuilding & Renovating Awards 2022. With design inspiration drawn from its agricultural surroundings, Hill Top’s interior is carefully curated in a pared-back, yet comfortable and relaxed, style. Decorated with a neutral palette, furniture and decorative items juxtapose vintage with contemporary.

Outside, with views over the wildflower lawn and countryside beyond, the outdoor sitting and dining areas can accommodate 8 comfortably, heated by an outdoor woodburner. Our wildflower lawn was planted in 2021 and, in a short time, has become a stunning (and wildlife-friendly) feature of the garden, particularly from May to early September.

There is off-street parking for 7-8 cars and, with a little notice, a neighbouring field can accommodate unlimited parking. On request, a concours condition 2007 Aston Martin Vanquish and/or a 2015 Land Rover Defender (original design) can be located at the property to be included in any photo shoots.

Hill Top can comfortably accommodate 4 (bedroom each) to 8 (sharing bedrooms) guests for a “shoot and stay” option, if required.
