Even the bathrooms have been carefully designed, providing further potential shoot backdrops. The variety of spaces and lighting options makes it possible to achieve several different looks within one location.
Parking is available on site for up to eight vehicles. The nearest public transport is Ashtead railway station, approximately four minutes away by car or a 15-minute walk from the property.
The property has power available up to three-phase capacity. Access is available directly from the High Street via the shop and main entrance, with an additional rear entrance from the car park. Disabled access is also available. Sound levels are suitable for sound filming.
