The entrance to the house from the street is a wide stone staircase with stairs up to the front of the house. The house is on a quiet street with free parking and the house also has off street parking for one vehicle.

The wide entrance hall leads directly into the newly extended kitchen and dining room at the rear with wood panelling. Crittall style doors allow natural light to flood into the space. The DeVol kitchen features a large kitchen island unit with marble counter top, belfast sink and a modern range cooker. There is also a separate pantry area and utility room off the main kitchen area ideal for food shoots.

The kitchen extends out to a multi-level garden with patio terrace and landscaped lawn.
