This newly renovated five-bedroom shoot location, set over three floors, offers a bright and contemporary setting with exceptional natural light throughout. Finished to a high standard, the property features clean architectural lines, neutral tones and plain walls, creating a versatile backdrop that can be easily styled.
The standout feature of the home is the expansive open-plan ground floor, which combines the kitchen, dining and living areas into one large, flexible shooting environment. This spacious layout allows multiple setups without needing to move location. Full-width bifold doors span the rear of the property, flooding the space with natural daylight and producing soft, even light.
These doors open directly onto a same-level astro-turfed garden, extending the space and allowing for indoor–outdoor filming. The garden is private, level with the house and easy to access.
Across the upper floors, five bedrooms provide additional settings. The modern renovation and neutral décor create a clean canvas.
A NOTE FROM THE OWNER
“We renovated this home to create a calm, light-filled family space that feels both modern and welcoming. One of the things we love most is how the natural light moves through the house during the day, especially across the open-plan ground floor when the bifold doors are open and the inside blends seamlessly with the garden.
We intentionally kept the walls neutral and the layout open so the space feels uncluttered and adaptable. It’s a house that photographs beautifully in different lights and can easily be styled in multiple ways, whether you’re aiming for a clean editorial look, relaxed family lifestyle feel, or something more contemporary and minimal.
We understand what productions need and are happy to be flexible and accommodating to ensure shoots run smoothly. The house is easy to access, practical to work in, and offers several distinct looks within one location.
We’d love to see it bring creative projects to life.”
