Park Lodge is a Central London location that often doubles as a property in the South of France or Mediterranean, because of the light and the fact that it is white. It is close to Heathrow. The house has fantastic light and is quite open plan, which is ideal for crew and cast in the same space.
It has a very large master bedroom with veranda, a huge master bathroom with a freestanding bath and numerous bedrooms, reception rooms, bathrooms and kitchens to suit differing styles.
There is also a study TV room, painting room two garages (with classic cars) and an extensive garden which is approximately a quarter of an acre with a 13 metre outdoor heated swimming pool. The house is period 1030s with some oak panelling. There is ample parking for 8 vehicles, very easy access and no external noise disturbance. The house is also entirely shielded from any other property overlooking it.

We work within the TV industry and so are very used to shoots and the differing nature of each production. We have film, drama, tv ads, short form video, stills photography, events and editorial. Most shoots up to 150 people (including cast and crew) can be accommodated. If you are looking for a house that can show differing styles in one location; this would be the house.
