Set over three floors, there are multiple shoot location options throughout the house. The owners have respected the original 70s bones of the building, whilst also bringing in a modern touch.

The location boasts a large 70 sq metre open plan kitchen and lounge with a huge L shaped brown sofa. The kitchen has a vibrant pink/orange marble counter and built-in ply banquette.

There is beautiful morning light coming through into the kitchen extension and then sun sets over the earthy coloured lounge in the evening. There is a patio and deck plus a large lawn in the garden with mature trees overlooking.

Upstairs the bedrooms are lived in and well loved, and can be adapted accordingly if needed. The original purple bathroom suite has been kept in the master bathroom and the owners have added some pink tiles.

The basement used to be a garage but has now been adapted into a fully self contained flat, this can also be used to shoot in or can be used as the perfect green room or kit storage area.

“Having worked for various brands on shoots and across production myself, I know that the perfect location is key to the success of a shoot.

We are really flexible with our house and will be happy for the house to be rearranged however needed. We are even open to some alterations to the house if needed for shoots – to be discussed in advance of course.

Our road is wide for vehicles and multiple parking options are available.”
