A spacious, light filled, semi-detached Victorian location, the whole house is available for shooting with multiple backdrop options.
The interiors of the location are unique and interesting with an array of colour choices including vibrant, pastel and muted tones. There are also metallic and patterned tiles in some areas, as well as painted floorboards. The location is packed with original features and there are lots of interesting furniture, decor and decorative objects to use as props.
With very high ceilings in the double reception and main bedrooms, all rooms have plenty of space for your shoot. The location is well kept, with no clutter throughout.
The property also has a driveway for crew use, plus plenty of street parking for multiple vehicles available all day. The location has side access that allows for loading in and out. There’s also pretty frontage with tiled path and a gorgeous, private, evergreen, palm-filled sun trap, decked rear garden.
A NOTE FROM THE OWNER
“While Pinkerton is our family home it was purpose designed as a location house drawing from my own extensive experience working in magazines/supplements. Our three rescue Siamese cats always stay for shoots and are very relaxed and friendly and sometimes happy to model free of charge. Our two rescue dogs will always go to doggy care for your whole shoot and we will also always leave the house for you to shoot freely for the day as well.”
