This retro American Ranch Style Bungalow, with large grassy lawn out front, is on an award winning estate in Berkshire.

The house is open plan with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus a brand new Patio Loo, an outside toilet for Crew use, and a large patio to the rear, which includes an undercover bar area, plus a deck outside the main bedroom patio doors at the back of the house. The house is available for both Exterior and Interior shoots. Furthermore, there is a Garden Studio which can be available as a green room/makeup/wardrobe/production office. 

We also have 2 driveways, the one to the left of the house we created last year and it can take at least 3 cars and the other one 2 cars.We are an easy drive from London – 10 mins off the M4 and 15 mins off the M3.

‘I work as a Voiceover Artist in my home studio but my background is in TV as a BBC trained Studio and Outside Broadcast Floor manager. I’ve also done a lot of Presenting and Commercial work of the years, in vision, so I am very comfortable with crews filming at our house because it’s an environment I’m very used to.  Therefore we will be as flexible and accommodating as possible for any filming taking place at the house.’
