Description
A 3 acre working waste transfer station. There is a huge warehouse which processes 1000 tonnes of rubbish every week, heavy machinery and moving plant.
The location also features conveyor belts which transport the rubbish and concrete walls. Additional buildings include staff welfare units and offices, bin storage, stacked skips, a weighbridge, a 3 bay workshop with vehicle lifts. This large rubbish tip also has industrial shredders and skip lorries.
The transfer station is located in Barking Riverside.
