A 600 year old hall house, but was extended in the 1920’s – and to the rear looks like a tile hung Sussex farmhouse. The Barn within the grounds was converted during the 1970’s and today the cottage is used as guest accommodation.

The grounds include 5 acres of formal garden, woodland garden, formal ponds and terracing, rose gardens, cutting gardens, vegetable gardens and orchards, a walled swimming pool and a tennis court with changing pavilion.
