A unique 1500 sq ft Artist’s Loft in Brooklyn, NY. This space is truly magical and glows in the direct late afternoon sun – perfect for golden-hour, natural light shoots.
Main Space: The main room in our space is 1390 sqft of industrial corner loft with exposed brick and 12 ft ceilings. Massive plants and trees are spread around the room as well as sectional couches, chairs, and tables. A 10′ x 8′ textured, painted canvas stands upright against the wall, making for an insanely cool background for photoshoots.
Windows and View: The loft has over 50 linear feet of 10 ft tall south and west-facing windows, providing gorgeous afternoon and golden-hour light. A view of Manhattan’s skyline can be seen from the space. Soaking up the sunset here is truly a one of a kind experience.
Kitchen: The space comes with a fully-operational kitchen featuring stainless steel countertops, appliances, and a massive kitchen island.
Bathroom: The 90 sq ft in-loft bathroom is perfect for privacy and wardrobe changes. It includes art from the artist-in-residence including a vintage claw-foot bathtub.
Other: The artsy loft also includes fully functional rope and wooden swing bolted to the rafters (safe to use and is also removable), a vintage wardrobe rack, a Jiffy steamer, as well as miscellaneous lighting and grip equipment.
Accessibility: The loft is on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs. There’s an option to operate the building’s freight elevator for productions, which conveniently opens directly to the sidewalk. Access to freight MUST be scheduled with host prior to booking.
