A well-presented five-bedroom Victorian house in East London, featuring a modern kitchen and spacious seating and dining area.
The kitchen is filled with natural daylight, with striking apple-green Crittall doors that open out onto the garden. A large island with a natural quartz worktop provides an ideal setting for a variety of shoots and captures modern family living.
To the front of the house is a generous through-lounge with original Victorian doors, high ceilings and a beautiful bay window, allowing natural light to pour in.
The house also features a beautiful bathroom with a freestanding bath, two double bedrooms, a home office, and two children’s bedrooms in the attic, which can be easily styled to suit a variety of shoots.
A NOTE FROM THE OWNER
“The house is full of character and can be dressed easily if required. All art work can be removed from the Living room and we’re happy for furniture to be moved around. The kitchen is light and airy filled with plants and makes a wonderful backdrop for a small stills shoot or can be used for a live cooking shoot. We are happy for the whole house to be used.”
