This everyday house has been newly refurbished downstairs. The front room is a large bright reception room with wooden sash windows and handmade solid shutters.
The three reception rooms down stairs have reclaimed fireplaces from an asylum. They have a fantastic thick lead 1960s original paint finish although the fireplaces are from the 19th century.
There is a little library room with a piano and stained glass original door. The kitchen is a modern plywood kitchen by Milk kitchens with bright green cupboards.
The garden is large and mature with giant grasses, silver birch and a huge plum tree, it has a beautiful cobbled area and a small studio at the bottom of the garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms that are in the process of being renovated so anything can be done to them!
There is also a bathroom with a 19th century free standing bath.
