Broughton Hall is a 16th Century stately home and a variety of characterful cottages all set within 3000 acres of varying countryside – from woodland to meadows, lakes and rivers, unrestricted moorland and a variety of private roads. There’s a large hard standing unit base with water supply and cherry pickers/JCBs available. The estate has a huge array of unique furnishings that can be used as props.
Also at the location is Avalon Wellbeing Centre which has yoga studios, a gym and pool which can be a welcome wind down for your cast, or be used itself for an ultra modern location. It’s biophilic design makes it a photographer’s dream.
With over 130 beds on the estate there is no need to find accommodation elsewhere and production offices, catering, prop stores and construction spaces can also be found on site.
